CO2 系统操作规程

   CO2 系统操作规程           Operation procedure for CO2 system 1.从钥匙盒里取出钥匙。  Fetch the key from the key box. 2.打开释放箱盖子，CO2 警报响起。  Open the cabinet door, CO2 alarm will activate. 3.确保人员已经从要释放CO2的地方撤离。  Ensure all the personnel have been evacuated from the protect area. 4.关闭要释放区域的通风。  Close the vents & doors & hatches to the area. 5.关闭所有机器，切断该区域的燃油供给。  Shut down machinery and stop fuel oil supply. 6.打开A引导气瓶的阀门，引导阀门开启，风机停止。  Open A pilot cylinder valve,the first discharge valve for P.O.D open, fans stopped. 7.打开B钢瓶阀门，所有CO2气瓶瓶头阀开启。  Open cylinder B discharge valve for all the extinguish cylinders. 8.CO2会自动释放。  Now CO2 gas will discharge. 9.确定引导阀门和瓶头阀是开着的，如果该操作失败，则进行下列操作：  Confirm the P.O.D valve and all cylinder valves are open .if not ,do as follows: （1)手动开启引导阀门        Open the P.O.D valve to compartment on fire manually. （2）取出扳手盒里备用金属杆，手动开启瓶头阀。        Take the metal lever out from the red box ,open the cylinder valves manually.
