New GreenChip Synchronous Rectification controller solutions TEA1761 / TEA1762
The TEA1762 is highly integrated including extra protection including a latch input and accurate 2.5 V reference output. It also offers improved voltage control capability, and an additional optocoupler drive gives it greater flexibility. All this is delivered in the compact SO14 package, helping keep your designs as simple as possible.
The second is highly competitive on price and performance. Housed in the SO8 package,
the TEA1761 delivers similar performance and easier system design benefi ts, while being
competitive compared to discrete solutions.
Fabricated in our advanced SOI (Silicon On Insulator) process, all our latest generation GreenChip ICs are robust performers and accept a wide voltage range. The high integration level and built in green functions of our new GreenChip devices lead to improved effi ciency at all power levels and help keep SMPS costs down.
