NXP公司的TEA1761/TEA1762是新型GreenChip的同步整流控制器解决方案.它采用SOI工艺技术制造,驱动器的输出电压高达10V,和所有的MOSFET兼容,工作电压从8.5V 到38 V,集成了初级控制和风细雨反馈功能,具有精密的内部基准电压源和保护特性,主要用于各种开关电源适配器,充电器和LCD TV.本文介绍了TEA1761/TEA1762主要特性和优势,方框图,应用电路以及应用案例和所用的元件清单(BOM).

New GreenChip Synchronous Rectification controller solutions TEA1761 / TEA1762

The TEA1762 is highly integrated including extra protection including a latch input and accurate 2.5 V reference output. It also offers improved voltage control capability, and an additional optocoupler drive gives it greater flexibility. All this is delivered in the compact SO14 package, helping keep your designs as simple as possible.
The second is highly competitive on price and performance. Housed in the SO8 package,
the TEA1761 delivers similar performance and easier system design benefi ts, while being
competitive compared to discrete solutions.
Fabricated in our advanced SOI (Silicon On Insulator) process, all our latest generation GreenChip ICs are robust performers and accept a wide voltage range. The high integration level and built in green functions of our new GreenChip devices lead to improved effi ciency at all power levels and help keep SMPS costs down. Ideal for synchronous rectifi cation on the secondary side of discontinuous conduction mode and quasi resonant fl yback converters, they provide you with a proven solution that helps simplify design.
